Head dia. = 10 3/4 in.

No tone ring. Head rests on wooden rim.
Slight "V" cross-section to neck, nice full rounded heel.
Inlays and "Silver Gem" logo are metal.
Dowel is round wooden, enclosed by metal tube.
No neck tightener on dowel. Rim tightened to neck by two screws through rim into heel.
Tailpiece appears to be an S.S. Stewart "Common Sense" tailpiece missing the ivory florette (see Stewart tailpiece
