I call this a "Cossack banjo-guitar" because the eBay seller described it as a "Russian Guitar"

It had the thickest, hardest skin head I've ever seen, which was secured to the pot by a nailed wooden moulding.

Pot dia. = 16 1/4", scale length = 25"

This was in awful shape when I got it.  I made a square brass tone ring, a heavy brass tension hoop, and a set of 26 shoes & hooks.

This is my largest Yellowstone banjo head installation to-date.

No maker's marks.  Workmanship is good, very "stout" construction.

I usually play this picking with my thumb (no picks) at the bottom of the neck, and it sounds a bit like a string bass.
